Eddie is proud to have over ten years of exercise physiology experience at YMCA Mount Annan Leisure Centre. Eddie has changed hundreds of patients' lives through his specialized delivery of exercise for injury management, weight loss, heart health, diabetes prevention and mental health.

Eddie aims to empower all clients with the knowledge and ability to achieve a long-term, positive lifestyle change using his exercise physiology expertise, evidence-based training method, and client-centred approach. His plans ensure a transformation from poor health and injury to greater function, health and well-being.

ZACHARY

Zachary has always been passionate about helping people improve their health and lifestyle through exercise and movement. Zachary started his career as a Personal Trainer in 2014 while studying at the University of Wollongong and became an ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist in July 2018.
​
Zachary has worked with clients with various injuries and medical conditions. Including type 2 diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, cancer, heart conditions, post-operative rehabilitation, chronic pain, and numerous muscle and joint injuries. Whatever your goal, Zachary will work with you to help you achieve it. Zachary also has a strong sporting background and has worked with athletes of all levels in numerous sports.

Beck is the newest EP at Brown and Ross. Beck loves anything sport and exercise related and enjoys Triathlons, surfing and rock climbing.

 

Beck graduated in June 2018 from Wollongong University with a Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology and has vast experience working with individuals with a disability, cardiovascular and neurological conditions, and various musculoskeletal and chronic conditions.

​

Whether it's regaining function following reconstructive surgery or completing everyday activities without difficulty due to an injury or condition, Beck is passionate about providing an evidence-based, individual and realistic approach that meets you where you're at and strives to achieve your goals in a functional way.

Sanjida

Sanjida is the newest addition to Brown and Ross EP. Sanjida greatly enjoys helping people improve their health and quality of life through the delivery of exercise. Sanjida graduated from the University of New South Wales and became an ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist in December 2022. She has had experience working with a variety of individuals that present with musculoskeletal, neurological, metabolic, cardiovascular, mental health and other disabilities or chronic injuries and conditions. Her earnest and cordial manner allows her to work together with people to achieve a solution best suited to the individual.
