What inspired you to become an exercise physiologist?
Growing up, sport was a big part of my life and I quickly realized how training impacted my performance. Over time, my interest in sport evolved into a love for weight training. Like many, I turned my personal motivation into a profession, dedicating myself to helping others achieve their own health and fitness goals.
What are your areas of expertise and special interest?
Musculoskeletal injuries—especially the ones I’ve personally had the pleasure of experiencing firsthand!
What's your favourite part of working with clients?
I love the challenge of finding the perfect balance between what a client needs and what truly works for them. It’s about working together, adapting, and creating a plan that’s not just effective but also sustainable—helping them push past barriers and achieve results they never thought possible.
What's one piece of advice you give to almost every client?
Consistency matters more than intensity.
How do you stay active and healthy in your own life?
Currently I am using 2 small humans as dumbbells, I can definitely relate to young parents trying to balance parent life with health.
